Potato Fried
  1. Heat the Ghee or oil.
  2. Add Cumin seeds asafetida and red chili pieces and let it crackle for a minute.
  3. Add potatoes and let it cook for about 10 minutes in medium heat.
  4. Stir it time to time.
  5. Add chili powder, salt and turmeric powder.
  6. Let it cook for couple of minutes.
  7. Add ginger paste and garlic paste, let it cook until it turns red and crisp, stirring it time to time.
  8. Serve with rice or beaten rice.
